Lars Sandberg, conosciuto più semplicemente come Funk D'Void, ha il funk nelle vene. Acclamato in tutto il mondo come DJ e come produttore, è autore di tre album usciti sull'etichetta scozzese Soma "Technoir" del 1997, "Dos" del 2001 e "Volume Freak" del 2003, senza menzionare una pletora infinita di singoli e remix eccellenti, e il suo progetto più jazz nella band Chaser.
La lista di remix è infinita: New Order, Kraftwerk, Underworld, Laurent Garnier e Kevin Saunderson sono i nomi eccellenti che hanno subito il suo trattamento, solo per essere seguiti da un numero di artisti troppo lungo da riportare. Trasferitosi a Barcellona nel 1999, ha trovato nel capoluogo Catalano una nuova fonte d'ispirazione, provando di essere uno degli interpreti principali nella scena da club odierna con dj set potenti e emozionali. La sua carriera – iniziata nel 1986 come finalista nell'edizione scozzese del DMC – non accenna a rallentare, dimostrando una passione per la musica e per l'interazione con il pubblico sconosciuta ai più.
